Hiking at Kennesaw Mountain

Recently, we have transferred from Rice University to GaTech. After a relatively long time settlement and exploration, the life went to normal but a different style. My new apartment is 4 miles far from the campus so I have to drive there everyday even without Klaus’s parking pass.

While the meal plan options here are better, and there is no need to wait for undergraduates to finish eating, as at rice. There are also a lot of computer architecture research groups at Klaus building, where are ML people? Another CODA building…

That explains why I feel that only arch-related people are in our hiking group, organized by GSA at GT. Now the scenery is good, spring is blooming, and the bare mountains are beginning to have a touch of green. It makes me want to drag all the people I love here to share this view.

Here are some photos of the scenery. Atlanta actually has spring, unlike Houston, which has a quite short spring if does.

After hiking, we a small group went to Wei Chinese Cuisine. Finding an authentic restaurant in a Chinese food desert like Atlanta is not easy though.

Peace & love.
